I’ve been very pleased with the spots that my drivers and I have used. Had a few issues and customer service was on top of their game. Had an issue on 6/25/26 very nice lady Kim helped me and and had driven for 43 years and knows what the drivers deal with. Super helpful and very knowledgeable.

Well not happy with says that the location I’m at is fences in and it’s not just a open lot behind a taco joint tight space gravy drive tight turning around when you turn down street make sure you turn very wide down street to miss pole on corner at light then turn wide before turning in to drive back to spots hug the driver side so you have room to turn around. Spots are behind taco joint small sign on pole that says truck parking club they need better pictures of area and the people that run the truck parking club need to insure that the space is secured as stated in post. This place at 3250 Allegheny ave Columbus Ohio is not a secured as stated. Good thing my trailer is empty and it on cost 5$ with a promo code. What a waste.

Great place to park if your in the louisville area. Very nice gentlemen who owns it went out of his way to help me when I needed it the most. I was in a tight spot and he not only helped me but gave me a night of free parking. Very understandable and genuine gentlemen. Its in a convenient location with restaurants nearby, hotels and a truck stop. Easy in and easy out and nobody bothers you. Thank you so much truck parking club for everything you do and stand for

I reached out to Customer Support with a question about the booking process and check out times. I received a quick, friendly, and helpful response from Kim. She was knowledgeable and her assistance and willingness to go above and beyond makes me look forward to our first booking. I'll definitely post a follow-up review for our actual stay, this weekend, after we've had our experience.

At first, a Secure Lot sounded ideal, but then the challenges surfaced. The location on Lazar is Chaotic with cars parked on the narrow road at the Entrance/Exit that made it difficult to get in and out, the Rebar scattered throughout the Drop Lot was a huge concern due to puncturing $1,000 Super Single Tires, and Severe Lack of Maintenance after a massive snow storm that left Trucks stuck in the middle of the Drop Lot blocking other trucks from leaving, trucks getting stuck at the Entrance/Exit Gate… I made multiple attempts to contact the person operating the Drop Lot about getting a Plow to remove the excessive snow - Either that person Lied about getting a Plow to clear snow, or decided to attempt to use a small riding mower with a tiny scraper attachment - Either way, I lost $2500 and ended up shoveling the Drop Lot by hand just to get my equipment out of that place… To me, that is unacceptable and inexcusable! I cancelled my membership!
